The W140-generation Mercedes-Benz S600 sedan uses a gem of a V-12 engine, the M120. From the factory, it doesn't sound like much because, well, it's a subdued luxury car. But as we know from the early Pagani Zonda, which used the same engine, it can make a great noise with the right exhaust.

YouTuber effspot knew this, which is why he commissioned such an exhaust for his S600 in Japan. The result is a car that looks like any other S-Class, but sounds like a Formula 1 car.

Welcome to Better Than Coffee, your daily dose of car sounds designed to help you kick that caffeine habit.
